Denée Tuck

Parish Administrator

Denée Tuck has worked at Westover Church since 2015. She and husband Stephen have two children, Thomas and Sarah. In addition to her administrative duties at Westover, Denée volunteers at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Petersburg.

Kirk Lubbes

Treasurer

Mr. Lubbes is president, founder, and owner of Records Engineering (RE), and he has managed programs for the National Security Agency (NSA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Air Force. He has been working as an information technology consultant for over 50 years.

Charles Brooks

Sexton

Charles Brooks was born and raised in Charles City County and has worked at Westover Church for many years. He prepares the church for services, meetings and events and helps to maintain the buildings. Charles also works for the county and raises beagles for hunting, one of his favorite things to do.
